Veterans' Glass City Skyway Bridge is an 8,800 foot long segmental bridge featuring twin cable-stayed spans of 612-ft and 3,050 pre-cast concrete elements with 1.9 million pounds of reinforcing steel.

Winner of eight awards for aesthetics and innovative engineering, the Veterans' Glass City Skyway utilizes a unique cradle system which carries the cable stays through the pylon, allowing a slender pylon shape, reducing construction time and expense and incorporating reference strands to monitor the condition of the stays over the bridge's life.
